Yeah, you read that right. After an injury, I couldn’t even make it through a workday without constant discomfort and fatigue.
And as someone who was supposed to know how to fix this — it felt pretty hopeless.
But that was before I figured out a way to create a pain-free desk experience that actually worked for me.
I took my background in physical therapy and used it to build a custom workstation (including the right setup, specific exercises, and habits) that allowed me to sit comfortably for HOURS.
And guess what? It worked so well, I had to share it with the world.
