Does this sound like you?

  •  You’re constantly shifting in your chair, rubbing your neck, or battling back discomfort before lunchtime.

  •  You’ve tried fancy chairs, cushions, or standing desks—but nothing seems to actually fix your discomfort.

  •  By the end of the workday, you feel tight, sore, and more exhausted than you should from just sitting.

ABOUT POSTURAL BASICS, INC.

Hi, I'm Joanne Kane

I am a wellness coach, with a background in physical therapy. I now use my extensive knowledge and experience to educate people in optimizing their workstations, desks, and chairs for maximum comfort and productivity.
I decided to switch gears and focus on online wellness course creation a
fter recovering from an  injury that affected my ability to sit at my computer for work (even after recovery). Sitting became uncomfortable, my posture suffered, and I started to dread sitting at my desk.  Back discomfort. Stiff neck. Achy shoulders. I’ve been there.

Using my PT background, I created a step-by-step method to adjust my workstation - and it worked! I could finally sit comfortably again at my desk.

That experience inspired me to help others do the same.  Through practical, no-fluff strategies, I teach office workers how to reduce daily discomfort, improve posture, and build habits that actually last—so you can feel better and stay focused, without relying on guesswork.

Postural Basics, Inc. is an online health and wellness educational business and does not provide any physical therapy services.
